Patrick County is located in the Blue Ridge Highlands region of Virginia, where the rolling hills of the Piedmont meet the Blue Ridge Mountains. The county is bordered on the south by North Carolina and on the West by the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.
Visitors have numerous recreational activities available along the Blue Ridge Parkway, Fairystone State Park and Philpott Lake.
